Lankford’s Bellaire

From 2023–2025, Rice Consulting partnered with Lankford’s Bellaire across three semesters,  first on strategy then on implementation.

  • Fall 2023 – Strategy Development
    We began by defining Lankford’s primary objectives: expanding their customer base, enhancing their online presence, and improving brand recognition.

    Our team conducted a community survey to guide our recommendations, reworked Lankford’s digital strategy, and redesigned the Happy Hour menu to enhance customer retention. We also created outreach materials and contact lists to plan for future partnership opportunities.

  • Fall 2024 – Growth & Experience Enhancement

    By the third semester, our work turned toward building momentum and lasting impact. Consistent posting and a unified brand voice led to a 33% rise in Facebook followers, 13,200 TikTok views, and 10× higher Instagram engagement.

    We also partnered with micro-influencers and introduced website updates and children’s coloring pages to improve in-store engagement, setting up Lankford’s for continued growth.

  • Spring 2024 – Strategy Execution
    Our focus shifted to execution. On the outreach front, we contacted 40+ community partners, achieving a 17% conversion to spirit nights. On the digital front, we launched a TikTok account, produced short-form content, which generated thousands of views and created a dual effect of 10% increase in Instagram followers, At the same time, we ran review campaigns that drove 90+ new Google and Yelp reviews.
